Nedd help with VOB files format

Hi. I want to wrote the program for merging\split vob files. I do search in 3 robots (yahoo,fast,yandex) but i can`t find the description of vob files format. Please, tell me where i can find this stuff. Thank you.

A vob-file is a "simple" MPEG2-stream -> search for the ISO/IEC 13818-2 and take a look at this prog: perfect to understand the vob(mpeg) structures :)
