Best Plug In Delay?

Nope, not true. It is not only based on a stompbox. There is several vintage and not so vintage delay units. One model I use on vocals is the model of the TC 2290 Dynamic delay. You should try and judge for yourself. It really sounds phat. I believe there is a demo version to try.

Well, yeah, but Echofarm is distributed and serviced by Digidesign, the same company that discarded SD-II when it was no longer convenient for the. The same company that decided not to port MLCD and SSC to OSX. the same company that never came out with even ONE update for Amp-farm. Do what you want, but there's no guarantee that Echofarm will run on the next incarnation of Digi hardware, or the next major Mac OS change. Wave-Mechanics will soon release their "Echo Boy," and if it's anything like their other products, it will be worth waiting for. There's also the Bomb Factory Tel-Ray. I haven;t heard it, but it might be pretty funky in a good way. (except that it's, you know, from Bomb Factory. )

Speer, I hear you. Digidesign should consider compensate SC users with a free Protools 6 upgrade or something like that. But no matter what, echo farm is still a great plugin.
