Hi- What's the best way to automate MIDI Controllers like CC 07 and 11? I'd like to use my BCR2000 to control these. I know I can draw them in the MIDI Editor, but is there a way to create an envelope for these so I can record/automate them? The Volume fader doesn't have any effect on MIDI tracks, and I don't see a way to "MIDI Learn" that, regardless. Thanks- -Susan

Hi- I'm still struggling with this. I've tried MIDI_CCRider, but it modulates the MIDI volume based on a wave shape? Sorry to be dense about this; I just want to be able to create an envelope to change MIDI volume until:) the Volume fader allows us to adjust CC07 or CC11 for external synths. Thanks- -Susan
I can't find 'midi volume_pan' in the FX sortiment, so I couldn't try. A JS plug that does the workaround for me is midi_cc_automation, courtesy of signoc. Find the file in this thread: First I was puzzled by the .txt extension, but it works nevertheless. Just throw it into your REAPER\Effects folder. It provides not only volume and pan, you can virtually automate any midi controller plus Pitchbend.
