CPU munch through the roof

the demo song is a good indicator, and it has always taken the same amount of cpu for me, hovering around 10 percent...

this is a pretty stupid, arbitrary benchmark... ;) anyway, the transport in recent versions was saving its state when you moved it, so that was causing the "munch".. should fix. -J
