RE: Help Please!!!!!

Ok...So I turned trashed the DAE pref's and digi setup and shut down my cpu. Also shutdown the magma and 888/24. So I took the cable completely out of the Magma and CPU and switched ends. I also took out all the cards except the core. So I just have the core in the magma. I restarted the 888/24 then the Magma then the cpu. I forgot to mention that I have a PSX100 Apogee as well. So when starting the PSX I reset that as well. Everything looked great when I turned it on. The 888/24 was in digital and the cpu was on. So I started Pro Tools. It asked me what unit did I have of course and soon as I put it on 888/24 it went back to internal.---HUH??? It won't let me take it of of internal nor will it read anything I switch from the cpu like 44.1 to 48k etc. What should I do now? I have an artist all the way from London here and I've never had this happen before. Please, is there anything else... Thanx Digi support M2E

RE: Help Please!!!!!

As I'm looking at the core card I see a yellow light and a red light. Does that help? M2E
