Audiosuite plugins won\'t process

Anyone else having this problem? I usually don't use the Audiosuite plugs unless I'm trying to free up some DSP. The problem is that I can't hear the effect after the selected region is processed. During preview it works fine... So basically, Audiosuite isn't working with my current configuration, or I am missing something. Suggestions???

Make sure "use in playlist" is selected on the plugin.
