How can I control a send level with a midi controller ?

Hey guys, The title says it all ... controlling a plug-in parameter is now OK on my side, but how can I control the track parameters ? I would like to control send levels especially ...

All the important track parameters like volume, pan, mute are being assigned to CC via the Actions menu. Sends are an exception though, AFAIK it's not yet possible to assign CC to them. But there's a workaround:

why not a simple right-click midi learn ?
