ProTools 6.0.1 & IgniterX

Hi there, anyone who has used Protools 6.0.1 and IgniterX ? we just recieved our new igniter card and the capture quality is phenomenal. however, our primary purpose of this card is to mirror a quicktime in protools. we are using 800Mhz G4, protools 6.0.1, osX 10.2.4, version 6.0b2 of the igniter drivers, and we have 1.25gb of ram. whenever i enable 'video out in legacy applications' from the ignition control panel, protools says 'pci bus too busy DAE err-6042'. is this a known issue, or is this something that aurora and digidesign are working together in finding a solution? also, in the ignition panel, it says that my computer is not supported what gives? please advise...

RE: ProTools 6.0.1 & IgniterX

Hi, thanks for trying to help us out. here is our system: 800mhz G4 quicksilver w/ 1.25 gb of ram Digi 001 (pci slot 1) OS 10.2.4 IgniterLT video card (base model, not upgradeable)slot 2, and Igniter 6.0b2 drivers all audio and video is on firewire drives (no scsi) everything works fine in os9, mirroring quicktime to monitor, no problems... even a high bitrate movie file works fine. osX is great too if i don't enable mirroring of quicktime video to the monitor.... then "pci bus too nusy dae -6042" i have exported movies using the aurora mjpegA codec at 500k/sec and it doesn't seem to help. the only thing i haven't tried is changing pci slots for the igniter card. we only have 2 cards - 001 and igniter. and i think the pci slots are on the same bus, not like a 9500 where there are 2 pci busses - top 3 and bottom 3. but i could be wrong. what do you think? how is your setup working? any input you may have will be great. Dave
