...another option to keep the gain_trickler.exe from being run: download RegCleaner from and look at the "Startup List" tab. Mark and delete all apps and services that you don't want to run automatically at start up. It's worth it anyways - you'll see that a lot of services are not necessary at all and you can get rid of them as well (stuff like auto-updaters or things like NeroCheck - I don't know what it's for, but you can remove it ;))
