Ilok.com sees demos, not licenses??? help ...

Whats the solution to this? I have authorized my ilok for Reverb one and Virus Indigo using the keys Digidesign sent me. They are authorized on my iLok, but iLok.com sees them as demo's even after using register / update to rescan. I have uninstalled ilok software and reinstalled, rescanned - no joy .... I emailed iLok.com who said to contact Digidesign to see if I own them (I DO!!) but I see others having this trouble, so I am wondering if anyone has resolved it. If not - Digi - what is the answer - i am worried that if my ilok fails, breaks etc ... that I would lose the licenses. Ainslie

Same problem here and no solution. Also confused becuase Wavemechanics said that they would be sending serial# by mail. Finally, Atto software on Digidesing installer disk says it required "serial # on CD case" which of course there is none.

DigiCS, I am also having the same issue with the Virus Indigo plug-in showing up as "demo" on ilok.com. I just received my Indigo authorization card yesterday and authorized it in OS9 prior to visiting the ilok.com site using IE in OSX. I tried deleting the iLok from their site and re-registering it, but it did not resolve the issue. Pro Tools 5.3.1 recognizes the Indigo authorization correctly. Mark

According to the following thread, the plug-ins are labeled as "Demo" because they were part of a promotional bundle (such as the HDpack): I think they should label them as "License - Promo" instead of "Demo". Mark
