Use DVDDecrypter and enable stream processing.

I find the easiest way to do what you want would be to use IfoEdit and strip off anything you don't want. There is no reason to use a DVD authoring program like Maestro for what you want. Check out the IfoEdit guides and the IfoEdit forum. Mark

Uhm... let's see. I want to use an authoring program (Maestro) becase I want to use my own menus, etc. And concerning DVDecrypter, I can use it to strip the streams I want, but then I'll have a bunch of .mpv files (one for each VOB) which I'll have to merge together, What would be then the best choice for doing that? Filemerge?
