Here is a song I wrote and recorded through Reaper

Angel of My Dreams I've been progressively trying to simplify tracks. Here is another in which I recorded one take, after about a dozen tries. Again it's just me and my acoustic. I used a bit of Chorus/delay, a splash of Reaverb, slightly brought down the lower and middle frequencies and added a slight boost to the high end on ReaEQ. I've become fond of using both compression and automation, and so both are applied here as well. Let me know what you think- I know it's rough, and I never consider a song to be final...any input is appreciated.

That's really good. Did you record the whole thing with one mic? If so, was it an LDC? I try to get almost that exact sound, and I really want to do it with one mic. No bleed, no phase issues, just a raw, live recording captured as it happens. Nice job.
