Anyone know of a place that does it? Have hopefully come across some bosch 550's cheap and will send them off for a clean before i use them. Any help appreciated, ta.
I have read otherwise, well, partially. From what I read, if the injector idles qand runs smoothly, then you will be fine, I saw an artivle where a set of subaru wrx injectors were cleaned and they only increased in flow from 348cc-352cc - a greater increaswe in flow rate was acheved by increasing the fuel rail pressure to (IIRC) 40psi. have to agree with the non agressive cleaning mehtod first... i.e. fuel additives / v-power, bp ultimate etc etc etc.. if there is still a problem after that then maybe go down the sonic clean, but you may want to replace seals etc...
