removing VOB IDs from PGC

Thanks for the tips I'll try 4.53 with these settings and see how I get on. What's the long term fix for this - two pass like with TMPGEG and CCE I assume. Then we are talking 4 hours processing time which is acceptable providing we get a reliable 4.38GB output.
