Is 1.4 an official Pioneer firmware, as I dont see it on their site anywhere?

I rust read the previous two posts more carefully. Yes there IS an official 1.04 on at least some Pioneer sites. And no it does NOT burn Riteks at 2X (at least on my Pioneer A104) - you need the hacked version for that.

1.31 and dvdcrypter

I am using firmware 1.31 and the new version of dvdcrypter and have made seven good movies at 2x on my 104. Hope this helps
