Yes, who did that? Again and again I deleted that key binding that I didn't make. It prevents my other key command, that is still assigned, to work. Shogger

I have no such problems. :/ I deleted all no-op actions and they have been gone since. I save regularly to my own keymap file. No problems there. Keypad minus works as I intended it to.

No idea about what could cause forgetting of keybinds. This was an old bug that got fixed.
