don't expect PT to run too good with that mobo. amd761 just doesn't work with PT6. at best, you'll get 6045 errors every 2 minutes. the digi asio driver sucks donkey dingles with that chipset too.

yes, my friend has an earlier version and the AMIII. the chipset is the most important thing. stick to all via chipset and you'll be fine. KT600 works great.
