having had a bit of a run in with eric myself i understand the negative responce of some of these posts, but i feel i should say for the record bombfactory have been unusually freindly and helpfull to me regarding recent upgrades etc ....i hope this is a sign of an about turn in their PR and people can spend more time talking about the products good or bad..........er and about that 3A
