Broken Action in Midi Editor?

I think I have found at least two actions that are busted in the Midi Editor Actions ...at least they don't work for me. One is "double length of note" Other is "join notes" I'm trying to use them in a Custom action, but they don't even seem to just work on their own. I hope others will test this and confirm or deny it. thanks again

Works fine on Macbook Pro Lion, Reaper 4.22 32-bit. Both of them. I'll check the XP machine tomorrow.

thanks chris... now its working here also... but I swear to reaper, an hour ago it was not... seems like sometimes when actions don't be happy, reaper needs a restart to get things as should be so ok, ignore this thread unless further notice
